"Kuih tiram" refers to a traditional Malaysian delicacy, also known as "oyster cake" or "oyster pancake" in English. Kuih tiram holds a significant place in Malaysian culinary culture, often enjoyed as a snack or dessert. Its popularity extends beyond Malaysia, with interest from tourists and the global Malaysian diaspora. The market demand for traditional and authentic Malaysian snacks has been steadily increasing, driven by both domestic consumption and international interest in diverse cuisines.
Why AH Kuih Tiram
The name is inspired by my name “Akmal Hakim”. I also add “kuih Tiram” in my business name which is my product that I produce to the public
